Role: Social Media Executive (1–2 Years’ Experience)

 Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive who can independently plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving measurable growth in brand visibility and lead generation.

 Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including content scheduling and publishing
• Develop creative content strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions
• Run and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with minimal supervision
• Analyze insights and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Coordinate with designers/content teams to ensure high-quality creatives
• Support basic SEO and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence

 Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and campaign execution
• Proven ability to run campaigns independently (organic + paid)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
• Excellent content writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred)
