Job Title: HR Executive (2–3Years Experience)

Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience and the ability to independently handle recruitment cycles, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR process implementation.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Prepare and post job descriptions for various technical and non-technical roles
  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle (sourcing to offer release)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain a structured candidate database and recruitment tracker
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Work closely with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring forecasts
  • Handle domestic and international hiring (India, USA, etc.)

2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and joining formalities
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes
  • Conduct exit interviews

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and updating HR handbook
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance monitoring
  • Coordinate with management for HR reporting

4. Culture Building & Employee Experience

  • Drive initiatives to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and recognition initiatives
  • Promote company values and ensure cultural alignment during hiring and onboarding
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns to maintain a healthy work environment
  • Support internal communication strategies to enhance transparency and collaboration
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen organizational reputation

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR (IT industry preferred)
  • Experience in handling US recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT hiring
  • Familiarity with job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Experience in interview coordination using different platforms
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
  • Graduate from a recognized university

Experience:

  • Total Work Experience: 2–3 Years in HR domain
