Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our products, arranging product demonstrations, and ensuring consistent follow-up to convert leads into successful business opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to support customers throughout the sales cycle and contribute to overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (online or in-person).
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
  • Follow up with prospective clients regularly to drive conversions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Record lead interactions, follow-ups and progress in CRM or assigned formats.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth demo and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update progress logs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in client calling, demo presentations and lead follow-up.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).
  • Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in IT / SaaS / Software products)
