As a PHP Developer at Evoort Solutions, you will be a key member of our development team, responsible for designing and implementing complex web applications and systems using PHP technologies. You will work closely with our team to understand project requirements, develop efficient code, and contribute to the overall success of our software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with teammates to design the flow of the project
- Produce clean and efficient code based on specification
- Perform the code review and backup process at regular intervalConferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.
- Developing quality assurance procedures
- Coordinate the development cycle and attest to the compatibility of different modules
- Records and document each phase of application development for further reference and maintenance operation
- Deploy and install the applications to demonstrate the successful performance of software as per the client's expectation
- Fix the problems arising across the test cycles and continuously improve the quality of deliverables
- Regular updates to higher authorities about the progress
- Provide training and guidance to the user
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven history of web application development using PHP and its frameworks (Magento preferred)
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
- The ability to solve problems and identify & implement the optimal solution.
- Strong testing and eye for detail. Bugs happen, however, any level of work should be delivered in a working state.
- Familiar with using version control like GIT.
- You will be self-motivated, accurate, organized, and skilled, but more than anything you should have that eye to do things differently.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail
Education:
- Graduate from any recognized university(Preferred)
Experience:
- Total work: 2+ years (Preferred)
